Mr. Heilbrunn is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania. He received a Bachelor of Science in Economics and is a graduate of Rutgers University School of Law where he received his Juris Doctorate in 1965. He was admitted to practice n NJ in 1966 and also is admitted to practice in the State of Maine and New York.

He served as a law clerk to the Assignment Judge of Middlesex County from 1965 to 1966 and was a legal assistant to the Prosecutor of Middlesex County from 1966 to 1967. He has been in the private practice of law since 1967.

Mr. Heilbrunn is a member of the Middlesex County and New Jersey State Bar Associations. He has served as a director of Amboy National Bank since 1987. He has received many honors including that of Business Leader of the Year from the Chamber of Commerce of Old Bridge, Sayreville and South Amboy. He is an active member of the Rotary International, Old Bridge Chapter.

Mr. Heilbrunn's primary areas of practice involve real estate law, land use and land development law and eminent domain litigation. He practices throughout the state of New Jersey.
