Mr. Pape is a graduate of Lehigh University and Rutgers University from which he received his Juris Doctorate in 1980. He is a member of the Middlesex County and the New Jersey State Bar Associations. He has been counsel for many major builders and has appeared before numerous county and local zoning and planning boards throughout the State of New Jersey.

Mr. Pape's primary areas of practice include real estate law and land use and development law.
