Mr. Goldstein is a graduate of Pennsylvania State University and Villanova University School of Law where he was a member of the Villanova Law Review. He was admitted to practice in New Jersey in 1974 and after serving a clerkship for the Honorable Joseph J. Takacs in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Chancery Division, Middlesex County., he entered private practice. He was admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of the United States in May, 1992.

Mr. Goldstein was President of the Middlesex County Bar Association from May 1997 to May, 1998 and continues to serve as an active member of the Middlesex County Bar Association Board of Trustees. He is a member of the Middlesex County Matrimonial Early Settlement Panel and serves as a civil arbitrator for the Superior Court of New Jersey, Middlesex County. He received the Equal Justice Medal from Legal Services of New Jersey on December 1, 1998. He has served as a judge for the Mock Trial Competition in Middlesex County. He has published articles in the New Jersey Family Lawyer. He is also a panel member of the Volunteer Attorney Program for Middlesex County Legal Services.

Mr. Goldstein's primary areas of practice include family law, personal injury and civil trial practice and wills and estates. He practices throughout the courts in New Jersey.
