Mr. Tilton is a graduate of Albright College, Reading Pennsylvania where he received a Bachelor of Science Degree, and Widener University School of Law, Wilmington, Delaware. He was admitted to practice in New Jersey in 1992. After serving a clerkship for the Honorable John S. Kuhlthau, in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Chancery Division-Family Part, Middlesex County, he entered the private practice of law.

Mr. Tilton is a member of the Middlesex County Bar Association. He has served with the New Jersey State Board of Bar Examiners as an exam grader since 1998. He was honored by the Middlesex County Bar Association and the Middlesex County Legal Services Corporation in 1995 for participation in the Volunteer Attorney Program.

Mr. Tilton's primary areas of practice include commercial and residential real estate, land use, commercial litigation, wills and estates. He practices throughout the courts in New Jersey.
